Important Information
The regular 2024 summer season runs from June 22 through June 29 and from August 24 through August 31. Premium summer season runs from June 29 through August 24. All other weeks are off-season.
- Weekly reservations require a 50% deposit of the reservation total to confirm.
- Daily reservations require a one night deposit of the reservation total to confirm.
- Reservation desk is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Rates listed are for the number of persons indicated. Rates do not include Idaho tax.
- Check in time for all units is 4:30 p.m. Check out time for all units 10:00 a.m.
- Advanced dinner reservations are recommended.
- Bath and kitchen towels are provided in all units.
- Toiletries are not provided, nor are fans, beach towels or beach chairs. All units are radio- and TV-free.
- Guest laundry facilities are available June 1–September 15.
- Off-season packages and specials are available.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
Hill’s Resort makes every effort to ensure your convenience and comfort. However, it is not responsible for utility outages, wildfire, smoke or other circumstances which may be unique to the setting.
This facility is operated under a Special Use Permit on Land under the jurisdiction of the US Department of Agriculture, Forest Service.
Cancellation Policy
June 22–Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas through New Year's reservations require a 60 day cancellation notice in order for us to refund your deposit. All other reservations will require a 3 day (72 hour) cancellation notice for deposit refunds. A $15.00 service charge will be subtracted from all refunds. If the cancellation notice does not fall within the required time limit, your deposit will be forfeited. “No Show” reservations will be charged the guaranteed amount.
When two, three or seven night minimum stays are required, the guest is responsible for the number of nights reserved. If the guest should not be able to use the entire reservation, for whatever reason, they are still responsible for all nights reserved.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly resort. However, we ask that you be considerate of other guests and keep your pets off the beach and docks during the busy times of the day (10am–5pm) during the summer season. A non-refundable fee of $25 per night, will be charged per pet, plus taxes. Any damages incurred will be assessed an additional fee.
