The Food is Wonderful [So is the Atmosphere]

Enjoy stunning views and signature dishes in our award winning lakeside dining room, our family friendly lounge, or outside on the flower laden beachside deck. With the talents of our creative chefs and welcoming staff, guests enjoy long cherished Hill family recipes such as Baby Back Ribs of Pork with homemade BBQ sauce, seasonal menu specials, an array of Northwest wines, handcrafted cocktails and local microbrews. Hill’s culinary team prepares most everything from scratch. Morning choices range from our latte bar and a pastry to our classic Eggs Benedict. Afternoons call for burgers, wraps, sandwiches and salads.
Hill's Resort's lakeside deck is open for dining through the summer season. Relax and enjoy the sights, sounds and scents that make Priest Lake, Idaho—such a wonderful place.

From the deck you can view Kalispell, Bartoo and Papoose Islands across the water and enjoy the rugged Selkirk Mountains soaring overhead. If there were not so many other things to do at Hill's Resort, you might find yourself spending an entire day lounging on the deck with a cool drink in hand. Actually, that's never a bad idea.

Discover our evening fare in the dining room featuring hand cut tenderloins and fresh seafood prepared over our Mesquite grill or choose a more casual atmosphere in the lounge or outside on the deck for a burger and a local draft beer. Finish off any meal with homemade huckleberry ice cream or huckleberry pie, both made from locally picked berries.

During the months of July and August, join us for Sushi night on Wednesdays in the lounge. The chefs prepare many styles of sushi rolls with fresh fish flown in that morning. Fridays and Saturdays feature live music in the lounge.

The restaurant is open daily, mid-May through early October, Christmas through New Year's Day, and weekends most other months of the year. The restaurant is closed March and April in preparation for the summer season.
