Our restaurant, overlooking beautiful Priest Lake, has received national recognition for its excellent food. Many of the family recipes have been featured in national cookbooks. Some of the specialties include Baby Back Ribs of Pork, Oysters Escondida, Margarita Shrimp, and Huckleberry Pie. The restaurant is open daily mid May through mid October, December 26 through January 1, and weekends most other months of the year. The restaurant is closed March 18 - May 3rd. |

Enjoy a hearty meal of wild morel mushrooms scrambled with eggs or maybe a plate of fresh fruit while overlooking the beautiful scenery of Priest Lake. During the lunch hours you can choose from a selection of sandwiches and soups as well as special grilled fare like fresh Idaho trout! As the sun sets over Priest Lake, Dinner time at Hill's Resort brings the aroma of baby back ribs sizzling on our open view mesquite grill. Step up to the window and watch your meal being prepared. Our lakeside deck is open for dining through the summer season. Relax and enjoy the sights and sounds that make Priest Lake such a wonderful place.
From the deck you can view 3 of Priest Lake's islands as well as the rugged Selkirk mountains. If there were not so many other things to do at the lake, you might find yourself spending an entire day lounging on the deck with a cool drink in hand.
