Below are the 2012 rates for Hill's Resort's accommodations. Lodging is offered year-round with individual cabins, condominiums, chalets and duplex units to choose from. The summer season starts the last Saturday of June and ends the day after Labor day. Availability Request Form
- Weekly reservations require a 50% deposit of the reservation total to confirm.
- Daily reservations require a one night deposit of the reservation total to confirm.
- Reservation desk is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Rates listed are for the number of persons indicated. Extra persons will be charged $10.00 per night. Rates do not include Idaho tax. Call for summer nightly rates/availability.
- Check in time for all units is 4:30 p.m. Check out time for all units 10:00 a.m.
- Advanced dinner reservations are recommended.
- Bath and kitchen towels are provided in all units.
- Daily maid service is not provided. Toiletries are not provided, nor are beach towels or chairs.
- Guest Laundry facilities available May-15 - Sept.-15
- We request a 2 night minimum during the Fall-Winter-Spring season in 101, 109, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 244.

Cancellation Policy
May 15 - Sept. 15 and Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's reservations require a 60 day cancellation notice in order for us to refund your deposit. All other reservations will require a 3 day (72 hour) cancellation notice for deposit refunds. If your cancellation notice does not fall within the required time limit, your deposit will be forfeited. A $15.00 service charge will be subtracted from all refunds.
When two or three night minimums are required, the guest is responsible for the number of nights reserved. If the guest should not be able to use the entire reservation, for whatever reason, they are still responsible for all nights reserved.
Pet Policy
If applicable, pet charges are $150 per week, per pet. Hill's is a pet friendly establishment. However, we ask you be considerate of other guests and keep your pets off the beach and docks during the busy times of the day (10am - 5pm). Leash laws and picking up after your pets will be enforced.
