Cross-country skiers posing lakeside with snow-capped Selkirk Mountains in the background

Hill's Resort and Priest Lake offer recreational opportunities for all seasons.
In the winter, enjoy snowmobiling and cross country skiing. The snowmobile system boasts over 400 miles of groomed trails - leaving right from your door. We also groom cross country ski trails that begin & end at the resort.

The Lake is the center of activity in the spring, summer and fall. Swimming, kayaking, boating, skiing and fishing can all be found on Priest Lake's pristine waters. Our resort features tennis, pickleball and volleyball courts as well as trails for hiking, jogging and mountain biking. The Priest Lake Golf Course is only a few minutes away and huckleberry and mushroom picking are right out your door. The resort also has 2 massage therapists during the summer months to help you with the "un" activity of relaxation...

Winter Activities

Hill's Resort is situated in the heart of northern Idaho's Selkirk mountain range with over 400 miles of groomed snowmobile trails and unlimited powder bowls. The trail head can be reached from your cabin or condominium where you will find days of mountain trail riding. Come to Hill's Resort and Priest Lake, Idaho to enjoy the best in North Idaho snowmobiling.

Priest Lake offers miles of great, groomed, snowmobile trails. We are happy with the reversal of the decision by the federal courts to open all trails to snowmobile grooming. There are some restrictions on off trail riding and a new map is currently being made to reflect those restrictions. Ride the Pelke warming hut route or the North Baldy route from your doorstep at Hill's Resort. Ride to the Mollies warming hut or Camel's Prairie warming hut. Take a trip up the back side of Schweitzer Mountain.
